Revilo 30-Day Refund Policy
At Revilo, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Damages & Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your item upon receipt to ensure it is free from defects or damage.
If you receive a broken or defective product, please provide a short video demonstrating the issue. This step helps us quickly process your replacement or refund request. Simply email the video to us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse within the 30-day guarantee period (please ensure it's shipped back within 30 days).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out.

Lost or Stolen Packages Disclaimer
Please note that Revilo is not liable for packages lost due to courier mishandling or theft during delivery. In such cases, we recommend contacting the local logistics provider, as they are responsible for ensuring proper delivery and recovering lost packages. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a desired item is to initiate a return for your current purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
